Nether Quartz fails to generate in Buffet worlds with "The Nether" biome and any generator type, though some netherrack still generates in these worlds. Related to MC-128658.

Worked for me, windows 10 18w48b. See image.
Cannot reproduce either. Please provide proper reproduction steps.
Cannot confirm. Nether decorations in buffet generate just fine for me.
