java.lang.NullPointerException: Initializing game
When I press play game, game crash. This still hapens in version MC 1.13 or higher. When I trie play MC version 1.12, it works fine.
My drivers of nvdia are latest (ver. 417.35). I tried reinstall them twice as Java and MC too.
Can You help me please?

I thing that i found reason. I have two monitors. Second of them is disabled (in Windows) usually. When I second monitor enable then MC version 1.13 works. I hope that this informaniton will be helpful for you.
This is sometimes caused by Mcafee/Intel Security. Can you check if you have them?
I checked it, I dont have installed any of them. I use Avast (antivirus), but I tried disable it and run MC 1.13. Same result (app exception).
Maybe it's just that your CPU is not being detected by Java
It doesn't make sense. Why Java detect my CPU when I have turns on both of my monitors?
Similar but different issue. Only "Show only on 2" option will cause minecraft crash, other option works fine.
My opinion is, that is something common with outputs of graphic card and their sortering in some list in OS and determine to which monitor is primary.
Same issue in reddit:https://www.reddit.com/r/Minecraft/comments/aw6svg/minecraft_crashed_if_i_disable_screen_1/
Please check if that's still an issue for you in Minecraft 1.14.3 Pre-Release 2.
I tested in 1.14.3 Pre-Release 2 with this result:

I can confirm that, game does not crash in version 1.14.4, but fullscreen does not work. Now the game is still in window.
Please try to update your drivers. This problem was caused by OS not listing available displays correctly. Even though crash is fixed, information needed for fullscreen is still missing.
I updated drivers to the latest version (Nvidia Gforce: 431.36), but information still missing maybe.
