When minecart with TNT explodes, the minecart used is permanently destroyed and doesn't drop as a Minecart Item after the explosion.
How to reproduce: activate a Minecart with TNT as you normally would. After detonation, the originated Minecart the TNT was exploded from will be destroyed and won't drop as a pickable Minecart item.
