MC-151416Logic lag
So in-game I get stuttering now and then, but the most annoying thing is when I break a block it sometimes don't register, and after 5 seconds or so I see it breaking. Also happends when hitting mobs, hit don't seem to register, as well as the mobs don't move till after 5 seconds give or take. Now it could be my PC, but as previous version (1.13) I didn't have this issue, I feel it's a game bug. Occurs at random times, both for mob hits and block breaking.

Minecraft mode: Windowed borderless
Minecraft settings: Max graphics, 20 chunks rendering
System: Windows 10 Pro 64bit
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-6600K CPU @ 3.50GHz 3.50 GHz
GPU: Nvidia Geforce GTX 970 Gaming 4GB
Ram: 16 GB
Java version: Version 8 update 211 (build 1.8.0_211-b12)
