MC-155149Villager price change doesn't show
While trading with villagers, their price can change mid trade and it does not update. Re opening their trading GUI still doesn't show the normal price, and you can just buy nothing since it lets you trade, but doesn't give anything. It can take away items from you and not give anything in return, and it can exhaust the villagers trade.

Please check if this is still an issue for you in 1.16 Release Candidate 1 or later.
