MC-155245Spectator mode raiders
Raiders can see and track the player when in spectator mode
What I expected to happen was...:
They sould not, as other mobs can not as well
What actually happened was...:
They follow and aim their crossbow at the player, however without firering
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a minecraft 1.14.3-world (enable cheats to go into spectator mode)
2. Find some raiders equiped with crossbows
3. Go into spectator mode and fly around them (still in the air)
