MC-159388Bees sometimes don't sting the player
Here's the problem with Swarms of Bees being attacked in Survival mode right now.
What I expected to happen was...:
When a swarm of bees is hit and gets angered in survival mode, I expected them to actually sting you.
What actually happened was...:
When too many bees are on screen as a Swarm in survival mode, angered bees from being hit try to sting you and it doesn't get you stung.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. in creative mode, spawn a swarm of bees, then use the gamemode command to switch to Survival.
2. hit a bunch of bees in the swarm either with or without weapons
3. if the bees try to sting you and it works, then no problem.
4. if they try to sting you and it doesn't work, then yeah. Most times in this case, the bees will sting you and it won't work.
So yeah, Please fix this!

did those bees had string anymore?
I believe the issue here is that bees without a sting will continue to try stinging you, even though they can't. But that would need to be tested further.
