Based on a crash report provided in this issue, I believe with high certainty that this report may be a duplicate of
MC-16191. You can view all information known about this specific crash at MCX-567.How to reproduce? And remove the spawner using MCEdit than you can enter it again (I guess).
What spawner did you place?
I did not place any spawner myself, I played on a Super Hostile map that had spawners.
