After pressing F3+G, chunk boundaries render through blocks
What I expected to happen was...:
The chunk boundaries only render above solid blocks
What actually happened was...:
You can see the chunk boundaries go all the way down to y=0
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Launch Minecraft 19w42a
2. Press F3+G to toggle chunk boundaries
