MC-168121Hitting blocks in creative mode with a sword results in stuttering movement
To reproduce:
1. Enter creative mode
2. Create sword
3. Look at a block
4. Move in any direction while continuously hitting the block
This same procedure doesn't cause stuttering movement in survival mode.

OS: Win 10
