MC-168928Entities randomly spiking CPU
Hello,
Since now 1.14.0 version, a lot of servers are having issue with entities randomly spiking the CPU. The way to fix that (on a spigot server), is to reduce the entity tracking range.
I still not understand why it's not fixed in 1.15, since that is a major performance issue.

I7 7700K, 64GB DDR4, NVMe Disks
