MC-169938Superflat does not spawn Pillagers
When choosing a preset including the "pillager_outpost" text, outposts are generated, but no Pillagers patrols spawn and no Pillagers spawn around the outpost.
I tried on 2 y levels, my standard y=40 and later on a "normal" level y=64. In creative and survival.

Just tried the 1.15.2 prerelease 2. Generated hardcore superflat, standard "Overworld" preset, Pillager Outpost found, no Pillagers.
Duplicate. MC-3524
Searched for more than an hour, people need to use the "superflat" world type indicator and not "flat type world"
