MC-17Anvil block collision box appears "sunken"
The anvil's collision box should be flush with the top of the block.
The collision box on the anvil block is shorter than one block high.
To reproduce.
1. Open Minecraft
2. Go into a world
3. Place an anvil
4. Hover over the anvil with your cursor
