If you get a custom player head with a command like this:
/give @p minecraft:player_head{display:{Name:"

{Value:"eyJ0ZXh0dXJlcyI6eyJTS0lOIjp7InVybCI6Imh0dHA6Ly90ZXh0dXJlcy5taW5lY3JhZnQubmV0L3RleHR1cmUvN2I5MDRlOGY2ZDk3NjhjZTZhYWNmNjViYWFiZDQ2ODMzNzRkYjM0NjQ5Y2UxZjM2MDc1NzBiMTZlY2FkZDM4NCJ9fX0="}]}}} 1
Then it shows the default Steve skin.
It works in all Versions of Minecraft but not in the 1.16 Snapshots.
Its on all Servers and Singleplayer (not offline mode!)
Please fix this very fast because I'm using these heads in a lot of my worlds!
