MC-18325command block teleporting
if you hook up a constant repeater (the signal turns on and off repeatedly) to a command block that has a teleport command in it with coordinates, the player will constantly be teleported to that location and is stuck there and cannot escape, even in creative mode. it is impossible to escape the location or stop the command block from working.

Seems intended to me.
The game does what you to it to do.
yes it is intended, but it is impossible to escape which makes the world useless. I was creating a knowledge challenge and I ended up having to delete it because I was stuck in one spot and could not move.
