MC-1898941.8.9 - When there is nothing in the hotbar, XP bar is transparent. When there is an item in the hotbar, the XP bar turns white.
A certain texturepack that I have download has an issue where the XP bar turns completely white. I'm not sure as to why this happens but I hope this gets resolved. I will provide screenshots below.

1.8.9 - When there is nothing in the hotbar, XP bar is transparent. When there is an item in the hotbar, the XP bar turns white.

First of all, you're using a third-party software to play the game. Secondly, you are using an outdated version of the game. This site only supports bugs that arise in a vanilla environment and in the latest release/snapshot.
There wasn't an option for 1.8.9?
This issue has been closed as invalid.
Your Minecraft version is outdated. We currently take issues for version 1.15.2, or later.
Please update to the latest version as it includes the newest fixes. If you still have this problem after updating, then please create a new issue.
In case of a game crash, be sure to attach the crashlog from minecraft/crash-reports/crash-<DATE>-client.txt.
