Are you sure the golem spawned in one of the recent versions and isn't stuck in there for longer? Also please provide some more screenshots of your setup, it's very hard to make out which blocks your farm is made out of just from your small screenshot.
I think that screenshot was from pre 6 or 7
My setup is mostly basalt and slabs
This also happens on occasion in 1.15.2
The issue in 1.15.2 was
MC-148955, which should be fixed now.Cant confirm
