I'm unable to creat pickaxes and wood axes. Each time I do it spits out the material and I have to try again but still doesn't work.

This issue is invalid because this is not the bedrock edition project, also, note that bugs relating to servers are not supported on the bug tracker.
You need to report this to Lifeboat
