snow is part of taiga village structures, wich leads to strange generations
I found a taiga village wich was also in a forest, where normally there shouldn't have to be snow. however, at a house wich was both in taiga and forest, there was one block around the house where there was laying snow, also in the forest. I will add a screenshot as soon as I can.

Those are not taiga villages, those are snowy villages. They need to have snow under the roof. It'd look weird in snowy biomes, which they generate in.

The issue I wanted to report indeed ins't that the snow generates in cold biomes, while it woulnd't because snow doesn't generates under overhangs, but the fact that the snow generates also in not snowy biomes
