MC-205438Particles emitted when breaking a brewing stand with out any potion still show potion bottle textures.
To reproduce this bug just break a brewing stand a couple of times it doesn't take long to notice these potion bottle bits.

Yep, can confirm, the particles should only show when the brewing stand contains bottles and not when its empty
