See the video and pictures. Essentially, if you are walking and jumping on a 2-block wide walkway surrounded by lightning rods (and are walking between them), the walking on a lightning rod sound will play, even though you aren't on a lightning rod

Can confirm. This happens when you jump in between the two rows of them. (Shown in the attachment above).
