When using the spyglass and looking at the Sun or the Moon, they zoom in to the same degree when looking at any other object, however, this should not be the case because they are supposed to be tremendously far away and the spyglass does not fit in with this narrative

In real life even if the sun is far away it appears as the same size of the moon because of some maths I don't remember
