MC-209869Bought Minecraft Java Edition and servers will not work
I recently bought a copy of Minecraft from minecraft.net using my Microsoft account. Singleplayer games function perfectly, however, whenever I attempt to join a server I get a message saying either "Your account could not be authenticated! (Try relogging)" or "Not authenticated with minecraft.net" or "Failed to verify username!".
I have attempted to try logging in and out, as well as using a number of different game versions and servers, but the problem persists.
