MC-212890Placing multiple Vines/Glow Lichen in the same block only drops 1 when mined
The Bug
when you place multiple vines/glow lichen in one block it only drops one when mined, whereas if you place (for example) multiple sea pickles/candles in the same block it drops the correct amount.
This may be due to the fact that the Vines/Glow Lichen loot table does not account for blockstates

Steps to reproduce
- Grab 2 Vines/Glow Lichen and some Shears
- Place 2 Vines/Glow Lichen within the same block
- Mine them with the shears
- -
Notice how it drops 1 even though you placed 2
