Setting the randomTickSpeed via /gamerule command can cause stalactites to grow more than 7 blocks long
What the player did:
Creating a valid structure for stalactites to grow, setting the randomTickSpeed to 30000 and waiting.
What I expected to see:
A stalactite should meet the stalagmite produced by it within 7 blocks from it (according to the update log), or should otherwise fail to generate a stalagmite and stops upon reaching 7 blocks.
What actually happened:
The rightmost stalactite (closer to the player) extended to a length of 9 before joining the stalagmite below.
Created Issue:

Slightly misleading title, "resetting" implies you're setting it back to 3 from another speed. Also, setting your random tick speed to 30000 is an incredibly bad idea in terms of lag
I can't reproduce a stalactite any longer than 8, which is consistent with the size at normal tick speeds
