I can't hit mobs or mine while moving or jumping. I changed my mouse settings as mentioned in previous search but it didnt work. It has just recently happened, before this I have been playing minecraft for 2 years and it never happened. I have even tried reinstalling minecraft.

This is most likely caused by some kind of software that blocks trackpad use when typing. If you've installed anything like this, disable it; if not, it might be in the computer's settings. (Even if you aren't using a trackpad, this kind of software also blocks mouse clicks.)
I second Oakstar's thoughts, I used to experience this issue on an old laptop I had. It is most likely your system disables your touchpad/mouse momentarily whilst typing (perhaps your device isn't intended for gaming?)
Search phrases like "mouse won't move while pressing keys" may find an appropriate solution for you as I can't link third party sites.
