When I'm in Creative mode, whether on multiplayer or singleplayer, my survival inventory turns blue. I've tried restarting and poking around in the settings, but I'm not sure what it is. I do not have a screenshot at the moment, but after I get home, I'll go grab one
that I took the other day.

Computer has touchscreen, but touchscreen mode is not enabled.Windows 7 Home Premium Dell laptop, less than a year old. Minecraft 1.13.2 on a multiplayer server with around 10 players on. First appeared in Minecraft 1.13.2 multiplayer server in survival mode, somewhere out in the wild with a few mobs nearby. Spider attacked me and clicks registered maybe one out of five or six times, and the spider nearly killed me because of how slow they were. (Wearing iron armor.) Tried increasing mouse sensitivity but it did not do anything except make my avatar's head turn faster. Went to build a small house and had to click between 2 and 5 times to place any block. Could not break or place blocks while moving, even if trying to break blocks such as grass and flowers that are destroyed instantly. Attempted to pillar jump using oak logs and could not.
Went into inventory to craft something (birch planks from birch logs, if that matters.) Could not use shift-click or even regular click; instead, had to click and drag one block or stack at a time-- does not work well when crafting. Also could not click crafting recipes. Nobody else on the server reported any of these issues.
Opened singleplayer games in 1.13.2, 1.13, and 1.12. All had the same glitches. Tried to kill a sheep and it took me standing still while punching it to kill it. Breaking blocks is slightly less bugged in singleplayer, as it usually works on the first or second try, but still not ideal.
Unfortunately my recorder was acting up and I could not take a video. Screenshots would not show anything as this requires

Edit: Launched one more time, manually crashed the game. (I've seen a lot of issues where a mod asks for a crash report, so I figured I'd be proactive.) Crash report is attached.

Location: Minecraft survival multiplayer server, version 1.13.2. Using newest set of Jappa's textures. Server was updated to 1.13.2 as well, and was using some minor plugins such as GriefProtection and a shop plugin, but likely not much else. No mods or hacks installed on this computer (ever). Later appeared in creative and survival singleplayer, versions 1.12.2, 1.13, and 1.13.2. Touchscreen computer, but touchscreen mode is NOT enabled.

I've gotten this issue before and it usually fixes itself when I restart my computer.
Attached two screenshots. The first is how it looks in other tabs; the second is what it looks like in the survival inventory itself.
Attached it. (I think that's the right one, I crashed earlier but it was like five minutes before this, but I'm pretty sure the one that I attached is correct.)
Okay, I will (ok, I probably will not, because I am lazy.) If I do end up getting one, I'll check, though.
Mojang can't reset your individual world. You'd have to load a backup.
What version did you originally spawn the dragon in? If it was before 1.9 that could be a possible reason, since the End was updated quite a bit then.
If you're using a paid account, you need to log out of the launcher and log back in. The cause of this seems to generally be changing your username but not relogging in the launcher, in my experience.
I would assume they went into spectator mode. (Whether it was intentional and they were trying to trick you, I don't know.)
This is most likely caused by some kind of software that blocks trackpad use when typing. If you've installed anything like this, disable it; if not, it might be in the computer's settings. (Even if you aren't using a trackpad, this kind of software also blocks mouse clicks.)
Multiplayer servers don't automatically load. You have to click "Add Server" and add an IP. Bedrock works differently in that some servers are automatically added.
Sample Resource Pack.zip
Download this and unzip it, then go into assets\minecraft\textures\entity and replace steve.png and alex.png with your preferred skin(s).
The video you linked is fanmade. If you want this in the vanilla game, you would have to make a resource pack to replace one of the existing discs.
