Entities show cloud particles upon death with DeathTime set to 19s
The Bug:
Entities now produce cloud particles when they die, even when they have their DeathTime set to 19s.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Summon an entity with the nbt {DeathTime:19s}
- Kill the entity
→
Notice how cloud particles are produced
It might be intentional, but I feel like this took away the possibility for data pack/map makers to hide the particles without a resource pack how it was possible in 1.16.

Please could you provide some attachments which show the difference in behavior between versions?
In previous versions it would just vanish, as if it despawned.
Can confirm (in 1.17.1), and really annoys me, as it prevents removing entities without death animation effects.
FYI, this is also the case when immediately setting health to 0 too, not just when it has to be attacked.
