MC-247824blazes in netherfortress not spawning
so I was going to the nether and i found a nether fortress and i was looking for a blaze spawner and i waited there so long and my light level was at 0 and i think i did every thing right but they never spawned.

soul sand vally fortress and mixed with crimson forest

cannot confirm, what game difficulty are you using?
If on easy mode, it's a sign of the Black Ghast; you have to get closer to the spawner range or the spawner can't detect where to spawn.
I was unable to replicate this behavior. Blazes were spawning fine for me.
