MC-263492Health bar cannot reset when entering the exit portal with health boost
If you enter the exit portal with health boost effect, after returning to the overworld, your health will be reset to 10 hearts, but the health bar won't reset and the black hearts will keep displaying until you died.
This issue was raised in MC-229731, it can be reproduced in a vanilla environment.
