MC-264693Progress Gone
I logged into my Minecraft world after two days of being away and i come to find that my entire world is somehow reset. Everything I've built destroyed or placed is set back to the original seed. I somehow still have all the items I gained in my inventory and my xp levels but everything else is gone. I even spawned where my bed should've been instead of the world spawn. I even lost my in game achievements somehow. I used the email contact on the Minecraft Help website but since I didn't get a response I assume that was the wrong place so im trying here. please help its very frustrating to have my world be lost

Had you done anything in between the two play sessions relating to the world? Some steps to try and reproduce this would be very helpful as the issue is vague at the moment.
@Jiingy No like I said I was away from my computer and world for two days and then when I came back thats when the issue happened. Would screenshots help?
Based off the resolution of
MC-73856and how similar it sounds to your issue, this could either be related to orduplicated by(strike through as I was wrong, issue is AR).MC-2548After reading the reports you mentioned I checked around the world more and some areas do seem to have not reset to the natural seed. Unfortunately still a large chunk around my base has, going all the way from max height to bedrock is reset. If there's any other information I can give for future reference on this bug ill do that
If you could provide a download of the world which experienced corruption, that would be helpful. Also, trying to find the cause of the corruption would be very helpful towards adding steps to reproduce and confirm the issue.
World corruption can happen for lots of different reasons, such as; sudden power outages/closing of the world, using modified clients, or generally messing with your world files.
