MC-265626Boats blocked by players on top and dogs on the bottom while on a water bubble elevator.
If a boat is mounted by two players and they drive onto a magma water/bubble elevator and they both dismount and there is also a dog of one of the players on beneath of the boat then the boat gets stuck and does not move to any direction, only after the dog is removed and one of the players remounts the boat only then does the boat start to move again.

There is no issue here. The dog isn't moving because the bubble elevator is moving it upwards against the stagnant boat, and the boat is not moving because it is beneath the player (which is moving downwards)

Please provide a video of this occuring, with specific steps to reproduce the issue.
