MC-272433Stuck on Dowload
I am not sure If I am reporting this in the right area. I am not a programmer and I am not sure If the minecraft version we have is Java
My daughter is using Minecraft on her Samsung tablet. We paid for Minecraft Disney Worlds of Adventure. However It is "stuck" on "downloading". There doesn't seem to be a way to fix it. I have attempted logging in and out, restarting the tablet, disconnecting/reconnecting to internet etc.
The version we have is 1.20.81

Not sure if that was sarcasm or not, but basically, we can't help you with these sorts of issues on this bug tracker. Plus, this is a Bedrock issue, not a Java issue.

That's a Bedrock version number. Also, Java can't run on tablets, but Bedrock can.
Also this is an invalid issue on this bug tracker, unfortunately. Please contact Support instead.
I have looked everywhere for support and it seems like it keeps sending me here. Where do I find support?

I know you deleted your comment but I just want to reiterate my thanks. It was not sarcasm. I am truly thankful as I couldn't find support by myself and kept being redirected here. Just want to let you know that this is currently tracked in
MCPE-177684, which, hopefully, will be fixed (at least mostly) when 1.21.10 releases. In the meantime, you can try the workaround in the linked issue, but it is not a guaranteed fix.I'm having the same problem. It's already paid for but mine says it's cause my console doesn't have enough storage to hold it. However, I've checked and checked rechecked. I have more than enough storage to hold it. It just refuses to download.
