I purchased this game more than 13 years ago, but for the first time I feel the need to open up a ticket here today.
The thing I always loved most about Minecraft was the Robinson Crusoe experience. Spawning on an isolated tiny island in the middle of the ocean with only little resources and fighting to survive.
Since the last version it is impossible to spawn on an island like e.g. the one I attached here (seed -5624510716287680941). I have a list of dozens of tiny survival island seeds, none of them spawn me on an island anymore.
Additional seeds to showcase that the spawn changed from island to mainland:

I came here in hopes of either reverting the spawn changes or at least allow these tiny survival island spawns again, because it takes away a huge part of the fun of this game and there is a big community of people that want to specifally spawn on these seeds.
Idea to solve this:
- Have a toggle to allow this type of spawns

This might be intended, as these spawns are inconvenient for the average player. Likely to have been introduced in 21w42a (1.18 snapshot), as a feature:
