MC-279823Many Item Frames make deafening sound when loaded
Steps to reproduce:
- place multiple item frames in the nether, by the portal and fill them with items
- exit the nether and wait for the game to unload the nether, or exit the world
- go back into the nether, now every single item frame makes an "item frame fills" sound
Expected:
- Already filled item frames should not produce sound
Actual Result:
- Already filled item frames produce "item frame fills" sound when loaded
