MC-2849Incorrect teleport location
I type /tp -2 100 0, but I teleported to -1.50 100.50 0.50. It doesn't do that if I put a decimal number.
P.S. Do tell me if this is not a bug ASAP. I don't like to waste Mojangster's and other people's time (I will change the title to 'not a bug').

I believe the tp command will attempt to place you in the middle of a block, unless you specify using decimal places.
