Cannot confirm.
Please force a crash by pressing F3 + C for 10 seconds while in-game and attach the crash report (minecraft/crash-reports/crash-<DATE>-client.txt) here.
I have done some checking and I later found out that it is a glitch within the Texture Pack I am using. Sorry for the inconvenience.
Update all the stuff, recreate with vanilla Minecraft and default resource pack, attach screenshots and new crash report.
