MC-2973Rain and torches cause particle glitch
When particles are on "All" or "Decreased" and it is raining, it appears as though there are particles of rain underground. In my house for example, there are 3 blocks between the surface and my underground area, and it is appearing there. Furthermore, I am also seeing these glitches with torches in the same area.

The next time it rains I will, as I was opening this ticket it stopped raining.
