Placing and quickly removing a sunflower leaves behind a "empty" block
Steps to reproduce:
1. Place and quickly remove a sunflower (Best to do with only one Sunflower)
Expected Output:
The sunflower would break properly.
Actual Output:
A non-rendering "empty" "Phantom"-Sunflower-block is created.
EDIT: This does seem to happen pretty rarely now...
