MC-32128Chunks loading problem
Hello.
Sorry if this bug was reported before, i don`t find exactly the same issue.

On start chunks are loading well but when i go outside of the loaded chunks, new chunks not loading well. They loading, but only there where i`m looking, not like in settings radius, I tried reinstall windows, i add more RAM now it`s 6GB on windows 7 x64. But it`s still not loading until i press F3+A. So i always playing with F3+A

On start chunks are loading well but when i go outside of the loaded chunks, new chunks not loading well. MC-31622, please use the search function to see if your bug has already been submitted. Currently over 47% of tickets are being resolved as duplicate.Look at the video, chunks distance don`t metter, after going outside they just not loading.
Problem was in my framerate, it was max or unlimited. One great man said me:
"For me was that if i set my framerate more than 60-70, chunk wont load, but under that chunk load perfekt! well for me =P"
And it`s working great now.
But problem still exists if framerate more then ~60-70
