MC-3273Skeletons don't pick up bows
What I expected to happen was:
If you give to skeleton super-legendary bow with tons of enchantment, he will pick it up and use it.
What actually happend:
Nothing.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Make enchanted bow.
2. Throw it.
3. Make skeleton stand on it.
4. Note he doesnt't take the bow.
