Stained Glass Texture Glitch

What I expected to happen was...:
For glass to be see-through like the other Stained Glass on Stained Glass see-through scenario.
What actually happened was...:
The textures would/are mix and would make Stained Glass by Glass look ugly.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Place Glass behind any Stained Glass
2. Rotate your camera in front of the stained glass slowly and the textures will mix and glitch
