MC-44677Adventure Mode can spawn mobs with mob eggs
When I gave myself some spawn eggs in creative mode and then make myself adventure mode to see if I could spawn them in, I could.
I feel adventure mode should have all things restricted and the map makers can give them the option to spawn them in if they want to.

This isn't a bug, and you admitted it... "I feel..."
This is working as intended since spawn eggs may belong to the created adventure map.
If the map maker doesn't want mobs to be spawned, no spawn eggs have to be supplied.
