By putting a powered rail down and powering it, putting the next powered rail on block above will not update.

Cannot confirm, see screenshots (placed top rail first, then rail below redstone block).The track that was on the upper block faced east,
you have to place the rails in the exact order as in video.
EDIT: rail on top block must be facing away to start look at pic
Had the track in the same cardinal direction and placed them as shown in the video. - Cannot reproduce.Confirmed.
Reproduced, this only seems to happen in the east-west direction. Redstone block must be on the west for this to reproduce, west-east issue does not occur.
Was unable to produce in 14w32d. Can someone else confirm this?
Can no longer reproduce too.
