MC-5062Bookshelves not being destroyed
The maximum level of enchanting was updated, so I went to my room to destroy the excedent bookshelves. They were destroyed, dropping books, but the bookshelf block not. When I try to hit them, the block behind is, like the server knowing the destruction, but the client not.
Pressing F3 + A deleted the bugged nonexistent blocks.
Environment
Windows XP SP3 (because Minecraft doesn't appears to work well on Ubuntu)
Java Version 7 Update 9

MC-811. Thing like I related inMC-2876occured after.Unable to reproduce, neither SSP nor SMP.

MC-858.Is this still a concern in the current Minecraft version? If so, please update the affected versions in order to best aid Mojang ensuring bugs are still valid in the latest releases/pre-releases.
I don't nkow. I didn't tried to destroy any bookshelves recently.
