Can you give us more details in the description of the bug report? Maybe a screenshot.

I dug a hole 2 deep. At the bottom, I placed a sticky piston and then a TNT block on top. Then I dug one hole to the right and placed a redstone torch there. You immediately see an image of 2 TNT blocks, but the actual damage that occurs is from a single TNT block. This seems to be a graphical issue and not a duplication issue.
