MC-56452Minecraft does not respond after tabbing out then back in.
While Minecraft is open (in a game, not the launcher) I tab out to go onto Skype or Chrome etc. and then when I come back to Minecraft it says it is not responding, I can't click any buttons in the Minecraft Menu etc. However, for example, if I was on a server people, mobs, and chat etc. all continue as normal, if someone destroys a block I see it, but am still not responding.
Environment
Windows 8.1 64bit
Java Version 7 Update 55 (build 1.7.0_55-b13)
Tab out and do something else for around 10 seconds or more.

Cannot reproduce.
Sorry, I can't seem to reproduce either now... This has been bugging me for the past week though...

Aargh, it's happening again...
Still happening for me in 1.12.2 and in latest 1.13 snapshots (18w07b). Issue should be reopened.
