MC-5746TNT render blocks invisible
When you explode some TNT, netherrack become invisible.
How to reproduce
1. Go to the nether
2. Explode at least 30 TNT
3. Observe

Confirmed (snapshot 13w01a). Easy way to reproduce it: Dig a small hole, place tnt -> block -> lever. It works as long as the TNT has a block on each side. Works on other blocks too (only in the Nether). The ghost blocks disappear when they are updated.

I can confirm that, but only in the 13w01a snapshot
Seems to be fixed in 13w01b.
