Blocks don't regenerate properly at debug world
If you explode any block at a debug world (ex, /summon MinecartTNT), it don't regenerate unless you restart
the world. The same happens when you breack blocks like a redstone repeater, a redstone comparator, or a crop in survival.
Environment
Windows 7 x64 Professional, Java 1.7.0_55

It clearly does. Dinnerbone's comment from MC-59091:
Debug world is for debugging. It will not be officially supported for features and play. Bugs will happen in things we don't intend to use it for, and they will stay.

They visually don't regenerate but their block is still there.
