When you move a block from your quick access bar using the quick keys, and put it in any place it disappears from inventory in creative and can't be placed

Still happening in 14w29b, and if you have another type of block in the slot the item doesn't disappear, if not that is duplicated the item you are moving
Is this still a concern in the current Minecraft version? If so, please update the affected versions in order to best aid Mojang ensuring bugs are still valid in the latest releases/pre-releases. If this has been done, we can reopen the issue.
